Jani is a highly experienced, technical specialist. He has over 20 years of experience in designing and developing software and systems for companies. He is deeply passionate about intuitive UX and software quality, delivering the highest standard for clients. Jani is continually updating his knowledge to provide clients with the most technically advanced solutions to support their business operations. Outside of thinking about software, Jani spends his time with his family and enjoys hiking.
Jaffray is a full stack developer with over 8 years’ experience in software development. He enjoys working with Java based applications and Open source technologies. Jaffray is always learning, trying out new open source technologies and finding new opportunities to better what we do. He says that learning everyday keeps him feeling motivated and young. His hobbies include playing field hockey, macro photography, watching movies and learning new interesting things, of course!
Craig is passionate about data driven customer communication management and the effect of this on business. For more than 20 years he has honed his experience in sales and relationship management. His speciality has been in increasing company revenues and profits through harnessing innovation and software solutions. At Joisto, Craig is responsible for increasing the company footprint in the UK. When he’s not meeting tomorrow’s customers and potential partners, he enjoys family life and the wonderful opportunities which London and the UK offers.
Cliff leads the business development and sales efforts for North America at Joisto. He brings over twenty-five years of extensive background in enterprise sales to the banking, insurance and consumer finance verticals, and more recently has significant Fintech start-up operational experience. As a market entry expert, he will strategically lead the charge for Joisto’s introduction and growth in the North American market. He has cultivated a consultative, reality-based approach to business development seeking to understand the business operation’s pain points and apply the appropriate remedies. Outside of work, Cliff enjoys travelling and spending time with family. He is also an accomplished skier and avid cyclist.
Rob possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in quality, sustainability, business continuity, information security, profit improvement, leadership and communication. He is dedicated to business improvement and supporting colleagues in achieving their maximum potential. His track-record boasts improving business processes, increasing cost-savings, developing innovative solutions and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve challenging goals. Outside of the office he has a love for many sports, including Cricket and Rugby Union and he also acts as a coach and mentor for junior players at his local cricket club.
Timo brings a wealth of business learnings and knowledge to the team at Joisto. In his career he has experienced the ups and downs of running a business, which he believes helped made him stronger and more resilient for the future. Timo started out life in business as a programmer, working his way up through companies and gathering endless wisdom on his journey. Outside of business he enjoys being outdoors horse riding, windsurfing and snowboarding to name a few.
Harry has enjoyed a long-standing career in the ICT industry, beginning in 1970. He has watched innovation and technology revolutionise business. During this time he held international management roles and was responsible for sales and the training and development of staff. Today, Harry is the co-founder of Joisto and is very proud of the high level of delivery to customers. Outside of business he enjoys gold mining in Lapland and spending his time out at sea.
