Customer Service is Always up to Date


When all documents are archived in Joisto then customer service is up to date and they can immediately see the documents that have been sent to their customers either electronically or on paper. Documents are identical to those that the customer sees containing all posiible transpromo texts and images - even the enveloping marks - that have been added to the original document during the processing done by the printing centre. That's why it is much easier to communicate with the customers and all the questions can be solved during one phone call.
